1. Wilco - "One Sunday Morning"

The Whole Love's epic closer. One of the most beautiful‚ poignant songs Wilco has ever written.

4. Nathan Moore - "In the Basement"

There are two or three different lines in this song that give me chills every time I hear them. A gem from Nathan's Dear Puppeteer…but I went easy on you this year. If you really want a good kick in the nuts from this record try "Hollow."

For next 'Record Store Day,' MMJ should issue a vinyl single of "Wonderful" w/"Holding On To Black Metal" on the flip

Good list Mike. I like how you included the videos. Not the MMJ song I would choose (I really dig Victory Dance). And two songs I would include are Fitz and the Tantrums "Money Grabber" and the Joy Formidable "Whiring" those were definitely two of my 2011 favs.
