Steve Molitz is our other keyboard player‚ and he's from the electronica jam band Particle. And he's worked with me a couple times before this‚ but this is his first big tour. Steve is bringing in that electronica‚ a little more of an urban component‚ which I've been wanting to integrate for a long time. I finally found Steve‚ who's the guy to really do it. And of course he can play all the other stuff too‚ which is really cool. So we can have all the roots music and all the technology at the same time.
It's going to be a very diverse and very interesting band texturally. And we're playing to exploit the living dickens out of that. [laughter]
